Sara-Louise Ackrill

Sara-Louise Ackrill is a Coach, Therapist, Corporate Consultant and Author, as well as the Founder and CEO of Wired Differently, a respected social impact company that develops products and services for neurodivergent professionals and students. She is also an in-demand female motivational speaker, recognised for empowering audiences to transform personal challenges into confidence, purpose and professional success.

Diagnosed with autism as an adult, alongside ADHD, Sara-Louise understands first-hand the barriers many neurodivergent people face. She weaves her lived experience into her work while maintaining a strong professional perspective, creating meaningful and lasting impact. As an experienced keynote speaker and former disability and employment specialist, recruiter and hiring manager, she delivers motivating, practical insights that help individuals and organisations rethink potential, performance and inclusion.

Sara-Louise has worked as a therapist and coach since 2012 and stepped into entrepreneurship during the Covid-19 lockdowns of 2020. Building a mission-led business in uncertain times, she has grown Wired Differently into a thriving organisation and now leads a team of 32 people across two organisations, modelling the resilience and leadership she speaks about on stage.
