Regina Quartey is a senior business strategist, executive advisor and motivational speaker whose work sits at the intersection of leadership, identity and career progression. With over a decade of experience across consulting, government and technology, she is known for helping women step into leadership with clarity, confidence and strategic intent. She is the founder and CEO of ExeQutive, a coaching and branding practice designed to help women refine their reputation, articulate their value and lead visibly.

Regina’s perspective on leadership is deeply shaped by her early life. Raised by a single mother, she experienced instability from a young age, moving between foster placements and schools before being adopted at eleven. By that point, she had lived with twelve families and attended seventeen schools. Exposure to multiple cultures and environments meant she became fluent in four languages by the age of six. These formative years developed her resilience, adaptability and acute awareness of how systems can either limit or unlock potential, particularly for women.

Professionally, Regina has built a career grounded in performance and trust. She began in international affairs, gaining experience at the United Nations and European Parliament, before moving into technology delivery and policy. At Vodafone and the UK Government Digital Service, she led complex digital and strategic programmes, including national EU exit digital delivery and technology policy. Her career progressed into senior consulting leadership at PwC UK, where she held roles across digital transformation, executive strategy and consulting transformation, alongside serving as Co-Chair of the PwC Black Network.

Today, Regina works with organisations including PwC UK, Uber UK, the London School of Economics and National Highways, supporting leaders to align ambition with authenticity. As a female motivational speaker, she brings senior-level business credibility together with lived experience, speaking honestly about confidence, self-belief and navigating power structures. Her talks resonate because they are practical, grounded and real, offering women the tools to lead with presence, purpose and conviction rather than conformity.
