Natasha Saunders is an inspiring and fearless female motivational keynote speaker, campaigner, and consultant, whose voice has become a powerful force in the national conversation on domestic abuse and violence against women and girls. Drawing from her own lived experience, Natasha speaks with raw honesty and compassion, captivating audiences across corporate, public, and charitable sectors. Her mission is rooted in a simple but profound belief: to become the voice she once needed to hear. With clarity and conviction, she empowers others to confront uncomfortable truths, raise awareness, and drive meaningful change.

Natasha’s journey began in unimaginable adversity. For eight years, she endured sustained abuse – sexual, physical, emotional, economic, and technological – at the hands of her ex-husband. In 2018, he was convicted of multiple serious offences, including three counts of rape, and sentenced to 12 years in prison. Rather than allowing her trauma to define her, Natasha used it as a foundation for transformation. With a background in PR and branding, she built her own platform to highlight the societal failures around abuse and to show what is possible when responses to survivors are rooted in understanding and compassion. Her consultancy, SurviveRiseThrive, is an extension of this mission, helping individuals, businesses, and institutions to create trauma-informed environments.

Among Natasha’s most impactful achievements is her central role in the #TheNakedThreat campaign, which led to a legal reform under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, making it a criminal offence to threaten the sharing of intimate images. She has worked with Refuge, the Metropolitan Police, and Chelsea Football Club, raising over £500,000 for domestic abuse survivors during the COVID-19 lockdown. Natasha has also delivered lived experience talks and training to over 7,000 Metropolitan Police officers, partnered with FTSE 100 companies and global beauty brands like Avon and Benefit, and regularly consults with UK government departments. She has appeared across major national and international media outlets, including BBC News, Sky News, ITV, Refinery29, and Cosmopolitan, and fronted a BBC Radio 4 programme, soon to be released as an audiobook.

As a speaker, Natasha is deeply authentic, able to hold a room with both gravitas and warmth. Her keynotes address domestic abuse, coercive control, legal change, and trauma recovery, delivering a message that is both educational and deeply moving. Whether in police academies, boardrooms, or auditoriums, Natasha Saunders’s impact is lasting – she challenges audiences to listen, to reflect, and most of all, to act. Her blend of lived expertise, professional insight, and unshakeable resilience makes her one of the most powerful female voices in the motivational speaking landscape today.

Official Testimonials

Natasha Saunders is regularly booked to engage audiences at events, read their latest feedback below:

“Natasha visited HMP Bronzefield and spoke very openly and honestly about her past and her journey up to today. She spoke to the prisoners about her life, the darkest times and how she pushed through and overcame adversity to get to where she is today. The prisoners were moved and visibly emotional to hear about her life as this clearly resonated with some of them. Her directness, sincerity and endearing personality all engaged the prisoners, and they listened and more importantly, felt every word. As this was for International Women’s Day, it was important for the female prisoners to see a strong woman stand up and show how you overcome your past and that life isn’t over, regardless of the struggles and mistakes made.”
