Dr Michelle King is a globally renowned organisational psychologist and a compelling female motivational speaker, celebrated for her deep expertise in culture, leadership, and workplace equality. Her professional journey includes leading people and culture functions at ODI Global and heading DEI strategy across multiple firms, including Director of Inclusion Strategy for Netflix.
