Mental Health – Incorporating a mental health component to your program is an important and timely addition. Combining it with star power draws a virtual crowd and keeps the discussion upbeat, with substantive storytelling to leave audiences feeling more connected, less alone, and hopeful More hosts are incorporating the topic of mental health into their programming, especially as Coronavirus has disrupted so many aspects of our lives at home and at work. Programs vary from light-hearted, interactive wellness breaks to head-on discussions about struggle and recovery. Combining the discussion with star power draws a virtual crowd and keeps the discussion upbeat, with substantive storytelling to leave audiences feeling more connected, less alone, and hopeful. Despite their public personas, many of our celebrity speakers openly share their vulnerabilities as a source of strength for others. Olympic downhill skiing champion Lindsey Vonn speaks openly about her challenges, including the difficulty that can come in life transitions such as her retirement from skiing, and the pressure to be perfect in today’s world.
Overcoming Adversity – Vonn experienced her fair share of adversity in her skiing career and her life. In this mindset-changing talk, Vonn inspires with insights of how she’s overcome adversity – from injuries to other challenges and setbacks – by living without fear, being prepared, taking ownership for her own success, and so much more.
An Evening With Lindsey Vonn – Vonn discusses stories from her life, career, and success as an athlete and Olympian. She shares the lessons learned on her journey about teamwork and self confidence, and inspires people to continue pushing to new levels of success. At virtual and in-person events, Lindsey Vonn shares her lessons in elite performance, and is a clear example of how leadership, grit, and determination leads to winning results. Vonn brings the skills she has honed from years of competing at an elite level to businesses looking to uncover lessons that will help teams take their results to the next level, or colleges in need of an inspirational message for their students. The way she weaves her life lessons and personal commitments into her discussions always touch, move, and inspire. She’s also using her knowledge of the sport from a different lens, becoming an NBC Sports broadcast analyst on the Olympic Channel. She has launched several initiatives to help people hard-hit by Covid and the accompanying economic recession. To support those out of work or transitioning from college to the workforce, Vonn launched “Lindsey Vonn’s Virtual Career Day” which brought together young scholarship winners from the Lindsey Vonn Foundation with an expert in their intended field. She also participated in the One World: Together at Home, which was a global effort designed to fight the spread of COVID-19.

Lindsey Vonn is one of the most accomplished American Alpine skiers and an inspirational force both on and off the slopes. As a motivational speaker, she is sought after for her powerful story of grit, excellence and perseverance. As well as being a record-setting Olympian and media personality, Vonn is also a huge advocate for empowering the next generation of young women and girls. In 2015, she established the Lindsey Vonn Foundation and has been dedicated to helping through her life coaching and use of sports. With a nearly 20-year career defined by world-class victories and remarkable comebacks, Vonn is an ideal keynote speaker on overcoming obstacles, chasing success and performing under pressure.

Vonn’s journey to the top began early. At just 17, she debuted at the 2002 Winter Olympics, placing sixth against more experienced athletes. However, her breakthrough came in 2007, with two silver medals at the World Championships, marking her as a formidable competitor. Unfortunately, injuries soon followed but rather than slow her down, they became defining chapters in her story. For example, in 2007 an ACL sprain ended her season early, yet remarkably Vonn finished third overall in the World Cup rankings. Shortly after in 2008, she became the second American woman to win the overall World Cup title. Just two years later, she won Olympic gold in the downhill event, making her the first American woman ever to do so.

Beyond her sporting triumphs, Vonn has continued to evolve. She studied Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports at Harvard Business School, released an HBO documentary and has appeared on screen as both a host and commentator. She has also released two New York Times bestselling books, Strong Is the New Beautiful and Rise: My Story, sharing how to become the best version of yourself as well as her own story as she entered a hiatus in 2019. In 2025, she made history once again, becoming the oldest downhill skiing World Cup winner at 41, while preparing for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Off the slopes, her impact continues through the Lindsey Vonn Foundation, which supports and empowers young girls through sport and mentorship. As a true advocate for supporting female progress, she has received numerous awards including being named one of 25 women changing the world in 2016 by People magazine.

Lindsey Vonn is more than an athlete, she is a global icon of female strength, focus and motivation. Her keynote speeches inspire audiences with stories of resilience, goal setting and bouncing back from failure. Whether you’re hosting a sports conference, leadership summit or corporate event, Vonn brings authenticity, energy and the mindset of a true champion.
