Lindsey Vonn is one of the most accomplished American Alpine skiers and an inspirational force both on and off the slopes. As a motivational speaker, she is sought after for her powerful story of grit, excellence and perseverance. As well as being a record-setting Olympian and media personality, Vonn is also a huge advocate for empowering the next generation of young women and girls. In 2015, she established the Lindsey Vonn Foundation and has been dedicated to helping through her life coaching and use of sports. With a nearly 20-year career defined by world-class victories and remarkable comebacks, Vonn is an ideal keynote speaker on overcoming obstacles, chasing success and performing under pressure.
Vonn’s journey to the top began early. At just 17, she debuted at the 2002 Winter Olympics, placing sixth against more experienced athletes. However, her breakthrough came in 2007, with two silver medals at the World Championships, marking her as a formidable competitor. Unfortunately, injuries soon followed but rather than slow her down, they became defining chapters in her story. For example, in 2007 an ACL sprain ended her season early, yet remarkably Vonn finished third overall in the World Cup rankings. Shortly after in 2008, she became the second American woman to win the overall World Cup title. Just two years later, she won Olympic gold in the downhill event, making her the first American woman ever to do so.
Beyond her sporting triumphs, Vonn has continued to evolve. She studied Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports at Harvard Business School, released an HBO documentary and has appeared on screen as both a host and commentator. She has also released two New York Times bestselling books, Strong Is the New Beautiful and Rise: My Story, sharing how to become the best version of yourself as well as her own story as she entered a hiatus in 2019. In 2025, she made history once again, becoming the oldest downhill skiing World Cup winner at 41, while preparing for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Off the slopes, her impact continues through the Lindsey Vonn Foundation, which supports and empowers young girls through sport and mentorship. As a true advocate for supporting female progress, she has received numerous awards including being named one of 25 women changing the world in 2016 by People magazine.
Lindsey Vonn is more than an athlete, she is a global icon of female strength, focus and motivation. Her keynote speeches inspire audiences with stories of resilience, goal setting and bouncing back from failure. Whether you’re hosting a sports conference, leadership summit or corporate event, Vonn brings authenticity, energy and the mindset of a true champion.

“Lindsey was wonderful… She was easy going and pleasant “
“First and foremost, Lindsey was a rockstar. She was gracious and kind off-stage, funny, engaging, and transparent on-stage. In short, she was exactly what we hoped for and more. I should also add that Kara was absolutely fantastic to work with, from the moment we were introduced until the time she departed.”
