Famed for her customer service expertise, Linda has also formerly been the Head of Event Services at the London 2012 Olympic Games. In this role, Linda was responsible for the planning and delivery of service for the 9.5 million spectators at the 2012 Olympic Games. Designing and orchestrating the Event Services, Linda was responsible for 200 staff members and 15000 volunteers in creating a games that showcased London and Britain at their best. Linda has also enjoyed her time at Virgin, leading 5500 Virgin Atlantic cabin crew and improving customer experience across the airline service.
Other prominent roles of Linda’s have included HR Director for NATS, a time during which she steered the firm from public ownership to private, and Head of HR for British Airways. During her time at BA, Linda was responsible for orchestrating their company culture change programme titled Putting People First Again- spreading new company values to their 25,000 members of staff and communicating new business direction. She has also been the Head of Heathrow Customer Service, a role in which she led the HR across terminals 1,3 and 4 and managed 3500 members of staff, and the Head of Cabin Service for British Airtours.
With a distinguished career behind her, Linda is now booked as a female motivational speaker for corporate events.
