She scaled teams by over 300 percent, launched Audible across Australia and New Zealand as the first marketing hire, and exceeded every stretch target within 12 months. She later became Head of Content Launch Marketing for Amazon Prime Video Europe, leading international campaigns for flagship titles including The Grand Tour, The Boys and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Her career combines commercial rigour with creative strategy, giving her credibility in both boardrooms and fast-moving global markets.

After burning out in senior corporate leadership and witnessing talented women repeatedly overlooked, Lauren founded Scout + Circle, a leadership consultancy for women in male-dominated environments. Her work is now used by organisations including EY, Eurostar, Monzo, Puma and the BBC to shift internal culture and strengthen gender-diverse leadership pipelines. Lauren has coached hundreds of senior women across tech, finance, consulting and media, with 90 percent promoted or moving into higher-paid roles within six months.
