Katie Piper is a best-selling international author, motivational speaker, TV presenter, and charity campaigner whose journey of resilience and transformation has inspired millions around the world. Her story first gained prominence through the groundbreaking Channel 4 documentary Katie: My Beautiful Face, which attracted over 3.5 million viewers and was nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Single Documentary. Katie’s ability to share her experiences with authenticity and courage has made her a beacon of hope for others facing adversity.

In 2009, Katie founded The Katie Piper Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting people with burns and scars as they rebuild their lives and regain confidence. With Simon Cowell as patron, the foundation envisions a world where scars do not define a person’s sense of worth or limit their potential. The foundation’s significant milestone came with the opening of a UK-based rehabilitation centre, inspired by the treatments Katie herself received in France, offering life-changing care and resources to survivors of burns and scars.

Katie has established herself as a trailblazer in media, hosting ITV1’s The Katie Piper Breakfast Show, now in its third series, and appearing regularly as a panellist on Loose Women. On the W Channel, she leads the acclaimed series Katie Piper’s Jailhouse Mums, shedding light on untold stories of resilience. Her other TV credits include Never Seen a Doctor (Channel 4), Katie Piper’s Face to Face, and Body Shockers, as well as radio roles such as hosting BBC Radio 2’s Early Morning Breakfast Show and The Michael Ball Show. Across all these platforms, Katie’s mission to inspire and empower others shines through.

An accomplished author, Katie has written numerous bestsellers, including books for adults and children. Her publishing imprint, The UnSeen, focuses on amplifying stories from underrepresented voices. Her most recent affirmation book, A Little Bit of Hope, continues to uplift readers, while her debut children’s book, All You Need, released in 2023, is followed by a second installment this year. Katie is currently working on a screen adaptation of her first book, set to begin filming in 2025. Through her work as a speaker, charity founder, media personality, and author, Katie Piper has become a global symbol of strength and hope, inspiring women everywhere to overcome challenges and embrace their power.
