Jada Sezer is a female motivational speaker known for reshaping conversations around ambition, motherhood and modern leadership. Blending lived experience with academic insight, she empowers women to pursue success without sacrificing identity or wellbeing. From breaking boundaries in the fashion industry to founding a technology start up, Jada’s career embodies the message she delivers on stage: women can define achievement on their own terms.

Her journey began with a strong academic foundation, completing a BA in Psychology followed by a master’s degree in Child Psychotherapy. While building her professional path, she entered the modelling industry at a time when representation was limited. As one of the first plus sized models in the UK, she became the face of the inaugural plus-sized show at London Fashion Week, leading to a landmark modelling contract. She went on to become the first size 16 model featured on ASOS and the first size 16 woman to appear on the cover of Women’s Health UK. These milestones were not simply personal successes but visible shifts in how women’s bodies and ambitions were perceived.

As her platform grew, Jada expanded her influence beyond fashion into advocacy and entrepreneurship. She has fronted campaigns for global brands including Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Moet, H&M and L’Oreal, and has appeared on the covers of leading lifestyle publications such as Cosmopolitan. Committed to advancing gender equality, she has served as a UN Women UK Ambassador and supported the Women’s Equality Party. Most recently, she founded MOTHER AI, an operating system designed to reduce the mental load on women balancing careers and caregiving. She also launched the chart-topping CEO MUM podcast, hosting influential leaders and bringing honest discussions about work and motherhood to live audiences.

As a female motivational speaker, Jada is hired for her ability to connect authentically with ambitious women navigating complex roles. She speaks candidly about confidence, visibility, decision-making and challenging limiting narratives. Her sessions are particularly impactful for International Women’s Day events, leadership conferences and organisational inclusion programmes. Audiences leave with practical strategies for managing pressure, advocating for themselves and building careers that align with their values, making her a compelling voice in the future of female leadership.
