A true asset to any business, Gina has fulfilled numerous high-profile roles throughout her remarkable career, most notably becoming the IT Programme Manager for Lloyds Banking Group and the Business Change Programme Manager and Senior Operations Manager for BT.
A leading authority in her field, Gina is now working as the Founder and Director of Your People Power, an organisation which aims to educate corporate leaders on how happier and healthier employees will increase productivity. Alongside this, she has also created a popular series of self-help books, Journals for Life. Having dominated the financial and IT sectors over recent years, Gina was selected to become the youngest person with the title of Contact Director at BT and was later awarded the UK’s largest financial service contact at 27. With many years of experience working within male-dominated industries behind her, Gina is passionate about ensuring women are given equal opportunities throughout the business community.
