Gaëlle Berruel is a multi-award-winning motivational speaker, Confidence and Visibility Coach, best-selling author and Founder and CEO of A Rockstar Mindset. Specialising in female empowerment, authentic leadership and professional visibility, she helps senior women recognise their value, communicate with authority and pursue greater influence. Gaëlle has addressed audiences ranging from intimate leadership forums to global summits of up to 5,000 people, bringing energy, emotional connection and practical insight to every engagement. Through her work, she encourages women to challenge limiting expectations, strengthen their self-belief and become visible, recognised and influential leaders without compromising who they are.
Originally from France, Gaëlle moved to London and developed a successful corporate career while adapting to a new country, language and professional culture. She studied law at the University of Rennes I before completing a Master’s degree in International and European Law with honours at Toulouse 1 Capitole University. Gaëlle later spent approximately 13 years working within financial services, holding roles at Société Générale, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC. Her responsibilities covered legal documentation, client onboarding, negotiations, client selection and wellbeing communications across international markets. During this period, she witnessed talented and highly capable women being overlooked, undervalued or passed over for leadership opportunities, experiences that inspired the next stage of her career.
In 2018, Gaëlle founded A Rockstar Mindset, a consultancy dedicated to helping women build lasting confidence, increase their visibility and communicate their professional value. She created the Rockstar Woman Framework, centred on confidence, visibility and communication, drawing upon neuroscience, positive psychology, leadership development and wellbeing. Her programmes support women in overcoming fear, reducing their reliance on external validation and developing an authentic leadership presence. Gaëlle’s achievements include being named Speaker of the Year for Visibility and Confidence at the Excellence Awards in 2025 and 2026, Visibility Consulting CEO of the Year, Silver Leader of the Year at the Women Changing the World Awards 2024 and Exceptional Woman of Excellence at the Women Economic Forum 2023. She also serves as a UK Ambassador for Psychologies Magazine and London Regional Chair within the G100 global network.
