Ayesha Ibrahim can proudly call herself the Founder and CEO of Honey Corn, as well as a working mum. Having founded the company in 2017, the pandemic ruined Ayesha’s plans of growing her company through trade markets. She had to come up with another plan and put her entrepreneurial skills into practice to build a website that would gain her significant recognition. Ayesha’s plans succeeded and her bestselling item became the bronze winner in the Free-From Skincare Awards 2022. Previously having a successful career as a manager for various different companies, Ayesha gained much experience in the international trade and development industry, developing a love for environmentally sustainable practices. In her tailored keynote speeches, Ayesha speaks of sustainability, entrepreneurship, business, and equality.

Ayesha began her career as a Sales and Business Development Manager for G8 Climate Change & Corporate Policy Report upon graduating from the University of Hull with a BA in Human Resource Management & Marketing. Ayesha then held notable positions as a Senior Client Consultant for Ascential PLC and EMAP, a Senior Account Manager for World News Media Ltd, and the Business Development Director for Gbelane Agriculture Project. Since founding Honey Corn, Ayesha has gone from strength to strength, with the company being featured in the likes of Vogue, GQ and Tatler. Ayesha’s products have become known for being cruelty-free, organic, and natural, and have a positive impact on the world thanks to their ‘Bee-a-Keepercampaign promoting sustainability. This campaign also encourages UK residents to plant seeds which bees will love to try and help their dwindling population. Furthermore, they are working to establish a network of beekeepers across the developing world to help farmers increase their crop yields.

In recognition of all Ayesha has achieved, she was shortlisted for the 2023 Small Good Business Award and won the 2020 UK Leading Innovative Entrepreneur as awarded by European Business Magazine, and is living her dream of mixing her passions of sustainability with business. Her international trade skills unmatched, Ayesha has travelled all over the world presenting speeches to business leaders in the USA, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, as well as presenting to the British Government on behalf of the government’s Department of Business and Trade.

Ayesha, as a working mother, has proven you do not need to live a conventional life just because you have a child. Having presented for International Women’s Day for the Portobello Business Centre, Ayesha has been championing women in business, and will not rest until there is more diversity. With numerous speeches to FTSE 100 companies and C-suites under her belt, Ayesha is fast becoming a thought leader on the topics of entrepreneurship, women in business, and sustainability.
